人工智能论文:用于旅行路线分配的进化分层区间2型模糊知识表示系统(EHIT2FKRS)(An Evolutionary Hierarchical Interval Type-2 Fuzzy Knowledge  Representation System (EHIT2FKRS) for Travel Route Assignment)城市交通网络的特点是高流量的交通流量和增加的旅行时间,包括等待时间。这导致更复杂的道路交通管理。本研究报告提出了一种基于粒子群优化(PSO)方法优化的分层区间2型模糊逻辑模型的创新型高级交通管理系统。设计该系统的目的是执行动态路由分配以减轻交通拥堵并限制对交通流量的意外波动影响。使用众所周知的显微镜模拟器SUMO执行和模拟建议的系统。在本研究中,我们测试了位于斯法克斯,卢森堡,博洛尼亚和科隆等城市的四个大型和异构大都市区。实验结果证明了利用实时粒子积分优化技术PSO学习分层区间2型模糊逻辑的有效性,实现了多目标最优性,符合两个标准:到达目的地的车辆数量和平均出行时间。获得的结果令人鼓舞,证实了所提出的系统的效率。
Urban Traffic Networks are characterized by high dynamics of traffic flow andincreased travel time, including waiting times.This leads to more complex roadtraffic management.The present research paper suggests an innovative advancedtraffic management system based on Hierarchical Interval Type-2 Fuzzy Logicmodel optimized by the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method.The aim ofdesigning this system is to perform dynamic route assignment to relieve trafficcongestion and limit the unexpected fluctuation effects on traffic flow.Thesuggested system is executed and simulated using SUMO, a well-known microscopictraffic simulator.For the present study, we have tested four large andheterogeneous metropolitan areas located in the cities of Sfax, Luxembourg,Bologna and Cologne.The experimental results proved the effectiveness oflearning the Hierarchical Interval type-2 Fuzzy logic using real time particleswarm optimization technique PSO to accomplish multiobjective optimalityregarding two criteria: number of vehicles that reach their destination andaverage travel time.The obtained results are encouraging, confirming theefficiency of the proposed system.人工智能论文:用于旅行路线分配的进化分层区间2型模糊知识表示系统(EHIT2FKRS)(An Evolutionary Hierarchical Interval Type-2 Fuzzy Knowledge  Representation System (EHIT2FKRS) for Travel Route Assignment) M7T122v751czcWBz.jpg
